Exposure and Schedule

As a highly respected and National Program, WoW Factor East ensures each team's schedule is carefully crafted by the head coach to challenge our players accordingly. We understand high-level competition is critical, but we also acknowledge that not all players can compete at an elite level initially. WoW Factor East focuses on the development of players, not merely winning. Hence, our players are often pitted against equal, or higher-level competitors, pushing their boundaries and aiding their growth. WoW Factor East's proven success formula, which emphasizes hard work and learning, has consistently aided players in transitioning to college and hoping eventually, professional baseball. As our players mature, exposure to college coaches and pro scouts becomes increasingly important in their recruiting process.
