Michael Stanley

Director WoW Factor Nation East

Background

Coach Michael Stanley, Director of WoW Factor Nation East, is a former collegiate catcher at various levels of the game.

Coach Stanley wanted to change the landscape with bringing WoW Factor Nation to the Mid-Atlantic. While other National programs are focused on the business side, Coach Stanley wanted to make sure the Brand took on the role of what travel baseball should be, highly competitive players that can compete and develop for the next level of their baseball careers.

A High School standout in baseball at Annapolis High School, Coach Stanley was a member of All-County and All-Met teams respectively. Coach Stanley played at the next level for Marshall University and Anne Arundel Community College. Coach Stanley eventually found his way to Salisbury University graduating with degrees in Economics.


Derek Dixon

Head of Player Development

Background

Coach Derek Dixon comes to WoW Factor Nation East in way of a partnership with Thoro'Breed Academy to help develop and train the next generation of baseball players.

A former High School standout in 3 sports, Coach Dixon will bring his knowledge of what it took to be an outstanding athlete and to be able to play at the next level.

Coach Dixon is currently the Head Coach at St. Vincent Pallotti High School in Laurel, MD. Coach Dixon will continue to lead Pallotti Panthers baseball team for the foreseeable future, while developing players for the next level and creating a pipeline for WoW Factor in the Central Maryland and surrounding areas.

Josh Charlton

Northern Maryland Area Director

Background

With over 15 years of coaching experience and a rich background as a former professional player, Coach Josh Charlton brings both depth and passion to his coaching. Having played for four years as a professional in the Orioles and Reds organizations, primarily as a first baseman and outfielder, Josh's playing career has significantly shaped his approach to coaching.

In addition to his coaching and playing career, Josh is a proud member of the All - Military baseball team, reflecting his dedication, leadership and commitment to excellence, both on and off the field.

A key pillar of his coaching philosophy is a strong defensive mindset. Josh believes that defense is the foundation of any successful team, emphasizing discipline, strategy and precision on the field. His focus on player development has resulted in multiple athletes advancing to the collegiate level, showcasing his ability to nurture talent and help players reach their full potential.

Coach Charlton's extensive playing and coaching experience, combined with his deep understanding of the game, make him a vital asset to the program, focused on building strong, competitive teams and developing well - rounded athletes.

Court Keesee

Northern Florida and South Carolina Area Director

Background

Court Keesee brings unmatched expertise and a passion for player development to youth baseball. A varsity athlete in seven sports, Court overcame significant challenges as a homeless high school teen, driven by the life-changing impact of a coach who saw his potential. That belief led to full athletic scholarships in multiple sports and a mission to ensure every talented athlete gets the opportunities they deserve.

With advanced certifications in youth baseball development and data science from leading organizations like Driveline and Harvard, paired with an undergraduate degree in statistics, Court leverages proven, research-backed systems to develop players during the critical ages of 9-14. By replacing guesswork with extensive data and analytics, Court ensures players not only improve their skills but also stay engaged and excited about the game.

Court’s focus on developmental kinetic chain mastery, combined with a commitment to fun, fosters both on-field success and a lifelong love of baseball. His leadership unites top-tier trainers, cutting-edge resources, and state-of-the-art facilities in ways that wouldn’t otherwise exist in his region. Through collaborations with programs like Top Tier Baseball and a network of dedicated experts, Court has been part of teams and systems that have produced championship-winning programs, multiple college commitments, and transformative player outcomes.

Jordan Tressler

Central Pennsylvania Area Director

Background

Coach Jordan Tressler joins WoW Factor Nation East by way of the Selinsgrove, PA. A 3 year member of the Varsity baseball team as a pitcher and middle infielder, Coach Tressler went onto play collegiately at Rochester Christian University in Rochester Hills, MI.

Coach Tressler began coaching in 2015 as an assistant at Mid Penn Prospects. He now is the WoW Factor Nation East's Central PA Director and head coach for WoW Factor Central PA 11U. In 2014 he managed a to a District 12 championship and a 3rd place finish for the Selinsgrove 9 - 11 All - Star team.

WoW Factor Nation East is excited to have someone so passionate, insightful and inspiring to have as our Central PA Director and a coach of our youth.

Jay Walls

Eastern Shore and Delaware Area Director

Background

Coach Jay Walls began his baseball career at a young age that eventually took him through High School. Mentored at a young age by several influential coaches, Coach Walls took that passion and began coaching at the young age of 16. Those coaches instilled in him a work ethic that has carried over to his coaching style now. Coach Walls is a "no off days" type of coach that pushes his players to the limit.

Coach Walls believes that baseball is more than just "X's and O's", rather it's about having a positive impact on youth and how they develop into young men.
